FAQ

Questions patients ask us most.

Still unsure? Call us at (519) 946-4954 and our team will help.

Do I need an appointment for the walk-in clinic?

No. Walk in during our opening hours and check in at reception. Wait times are usually shortest earlier in the day and earlier in the week.

Do you accept OHIP?

Yes. Insured services are covered with a valid Ontario health card. We also bill most private insurers directly for eligible services. Uninsured services such as certain forms carry a posted fee explained before your visit.

Can I get a family doctor here?

Yes. We are accepting new patients for family practice enrolment. Submit a registration request and our team will contact you as spots open with each physician.

What is the difference between the walk-in clinic and family practice?

The walk-in clinic handles today's concern without an appointment. Family practice enrolment gives you an ongoing physician who manages screening, chronic conditions, referrals and follow-up over time.

What should I bring to my visit?

Your Ontario health card, a list of current medications, and any relevant test results or specialist letters. For children, bring the immunization record.

Is there parking, and is the clinic accessible?

Yes. Free parking is available on site and the clinic is ground-floor accessible.

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM, and closed Sunday. Hours may change — please call to confirm.

What if I have an emergency?

For chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding or any life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
