What to bring
Bring your valid Ontario health card. Insured services are covered by OHIP at no cost to you. If you do not have a health card, you can still be seen — uninsured visits are billed at posted rates and explained before you are assessed.
It also helps to bring a list of your current medications, any allergies, and the name of your pharmacy so prescriptions can be sent directly.
